Born and raised Islander Noah Malcolm was Music PEI’s 2022 New Artist of the Year. His debut EP ‘On Time’ delighted listeners with its peppy folk/pop sound and ‘melodic mastery’ (The East Mag). At times reminiscent of Joni, his songs paint pictures with open-tuned strums, candid lyrics and tender vocal delivery. He’s performed at regional festivals including Lunenburg Folk Fest where he attended a songwriting camp with Stephen Fearing and Rose Cousins. He recently appeared with the PEI Symphony for their Emerging Artist Spotlight Series.
