Roger Stone is an accomplished Cape Breton musician, born and raised in Richmond County. Currently a member of the long-established and much-loved Nova Scotian band McGinty, Roger also enjoys a busy solo career and plays with a variety of other notable musicians. Known for his folk and traditional style of music, Roger has been a passionate teacher of banjo, guitar, mandolin, bass, percussion and voice for almost thirty years. He has been a contributing force and inspiration to the musical careers of well-known artists and his many students and his song writing skill is well-known whether composing his own material or in collaboration with others.

Mike Dixon is a folky, bluesy singer-songwriter who’s been performing for over 30 years. He’s played many stages as a solo artist and as an award-winning member of the Saddle River String Band. Mike’s set-list runs the gamut of confessional originals to 1920s Blues and Old-Time songs to rare PEI Folk songs. He shares humour and history with a passionate performance style.

Hailing from Six Nations of the Grand River, Mohawk artist Logan Staats is one of the most electrifying voices in contemporary roots and rock music. Fresh from his triumphant performance at the Los Angeles Forum in front of 18,000 fans for Life is a Carnival: A Musical Celebration of Robbie Robertson, Staats continues to use his voice across the world.

He earned a JUNO Award nomination for his album A Light in the Attic, the TD SOCAN Indigenous Songwriter Award, a Native American Music Award, charted #7 on the iTunes Rock Chart and reached #1 on the Indigenous Music Countdown with “Medicine Wheel.” He delivered a commanding performance at the prestigious Governor General’s Performing Arts Awards and was selected to perform in London at AmericanaFest UK.
