There’s somethin’ about Islands! PEI and Cape Breton have been rich grounds for talent, with music embedded into the fabric of each. Gadelle is a French-Acadian band from Evangline, PEI, made up of four seasoned performers from the celtic tradition, including 2 former members of the group Barachois. All multi-instrumentals, the group switches instruments throughout the show and trades steps in between, dancing and playing with ferocity. Joining them in beautiful New London is Michael and Mary Frances Leahy of the famed Leahy-MacMaster clan from Cape Breton island. Each phenomenal talents, the young brother-sister duo have already toured much of the world with their musical family. The pair will knock your socks off with their impressive fiddling and step-dancing and make your night in New London one for the books!
