Drive on down to Souris show hall for a night of sweet trad sounds and shufflin’ feet from an exciting mix of performers. Coming from the National Celtic Festival in Australia to Small Halls, touring collective The Lumber Jills pass on the fiddling traditions of New Brunswick, impressively swapping instruments and trading steps throughout the show. Juliette Roberts, a familiar face to Small Halls stages brings her dance ensemble Encore for a dazzling display of traditional highland and step dancing. Lastly, try and keep your eyes on the flyin’ fingers of Nick Van Ouwerkerk’s, one of PEI’s premiere pipers. Accompanied by the multi-talented Jake Charron of The East Pointers, the duo are top of the crop in Celtic scene and will end the night with a bang.
