Two dynamic ensembles are sharing the stage at Brackley Beach Community Centre. Making their Small Halls debut is the captivating duo ‘The Vaudevillian’ that will take you to the days of Hokum, Ragtime and the Dirty 30s with their prohibitions songs. Having played all over USA, Europe and Canada, Jitterbug James and Norah Spades keep the tunes comin’ on their washboard, resonator guitar, banjo and musical spoons, to name a few. Sharing the bill is PEI’s premiere trad-trio with a contemporary current. From BC, Ontario and Montana, the trio met here on the Island studying musical and have since gone on to dazzle audiences from Australia to Europe to the West Coast of Canada, picking up numerous awards and nominations along the way.
